With just a little over a year until the 2018 provincial election, many public affairs professionals are constantly assessing the evolving public policy landscape in Ontario. Public affairs professionals are also well on their way to organizing and executing pre-election public affairs strategies and advocating for significant public policy positions to be included in the respective party platforms for the election.

Join the Public Affairs Association of Canada (PAAC) for an exciting panel discussion on the current state of Ontario politics, and the key policy issues that are currently top of mind in Ontario and will continue to be so until Election Day.

Speakers:

MPP Peter Milczyn, Ontario Liberal Parliamentary Assistants to the Minister of Labour, Minister of Infrastructure and Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs (Etobicoke-Lakeshore)

MPP Vic Fedeli, Ontario PC Finance Critic (Nipissing)

MPP Catherine Fife, NDP Economic Development, Employment, Research and Innovation Critic and Early Years and Childcare (Kitchener-Waterloo)

Moderator:

Rob Ferguson, Queen’s Park Bureau of the Toronto Star

The panel discussion will provide public affairs professionals the opportunity to ask each of our panelists key public policy questions and allow for respectful debate.

Along with attracting PAAC members, this event in particular is geared toward senior public affairs professionals and C-suite executives of various organizations and associations.
