Join us on July 7, 2020 to discuss the importance of communications during the COVID-19 pandemic.  From the onset, organizations had to make immediate decisions and communicate with consumers, employees, media, and government regarding health and safety and operations. The restaurant and grocery sectors have been in the news almost daily, and Toronto Zoo faced some unique issues.

Communications will continue to be important to organizations as they operate in the "new normal", and PAAC is fortunate to have three expert communications practitioners who will share their organization's COVID-19 story, and discuss challenges, best practices, and what lies ahead.

As public affairs professionals navigate COVID-19, this panel will provide you with important insights on how organizations can benefit from tactics and experiences, and the importance of communicating with different levels of government.

If you have questions to submit in advance of the panel, please contact Paul Yeung at paul.yeung@omvic.on.ca

We look forward to having you join us on July 7 from 4:00 PM EST to 4:45 PM EST.

Panelists:

James Rilett, Vice-President, Restaurants Canada

Jennifer Tracey, Senior Director, Toronto Zoo

Jacquelin Weatherbee, Vice President, Sobeys Inc.

Moderator:

Paul M. Yeung, Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council
